  • Our office is ADA-accessible with parking directly in front. We have an ADA-accessible single-occupancy restroom.

  • Individual Counseling Session: $200 ($250 for first session)

    Group Counseling Session: $75 to $110 depending on group

  • I offer sliding scale and reduced fee slots for those in financial need. Please contact me to see what is available or add your name to the waitlist.

  • Brave Lives Counseling is self-pay. If your insurance plan offers out-of-network benefits, I can provide a superbill (what’s a superbill?) for you to submit to your insurance for out-of-network reimbursement.

  • I see clients Mondays from 8am to 11am, Thursdays from 7am to 4pm, and Fridays from 7am to 4pm

    Sessions last 45 minutes. We meet weekly or bi-weekly, tapering as we reach your goals!

    Group counseling is on Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday evenings.
